Want to Contribute to the Street Med STL Mission?

Volunteer

Service is the core of what we do. Our volunteers have a wide range of backgrounds and skill sets. Opportunities include everything from medical service (if licensed) to outreach work (passing out supplies/food) to non-client facing roles (such as help in
designing/creating educational materials).

We expect our volunteers to be able to contribute regularly, providing outreach at least once every two months. If you have an interest in volunteering, we would love to hear from you. Please fill out the short application below. To protect those we serve, all volunteers will go through an interview process to determine their fit for our organization
and some training will be required.

While our non-clinical outreach teams are currently at full capacity, we are always looking toward the future! If you are non-clinical or a student, we invite you to submit an application so we can reach out as soon as new opportunities become available.

Are you a clinician? (MD, PA, NP, DO, or RN) – We are currently prioritizing clinical roles and would love to hear from you. Click below to apply.

Make a Donation

As a non-profit organization. Our work relies on the generosity of our community. Financial donations provide funding for medications, wound care materials, transportation for our patients (i.e., bus passes to attend appointments), and supplies that decrease the burden of living on the street (i.e., socks, shoes, sleeping bags, coats, etc.). You can elect to make an anonymous donation below.

Read the blog

As we add more to the blog, you can dive deep into the narratives of those we’ve served; their stories underscore the urgency and significance of Street Med STL’s work. We understand that not everyone can give a donation so we hope that by reading some of our patient stories, you will be inspired to share our mission with others.
